Return & Exchange Policy

You have the right to return or exchange items purchased from tamakan.com, an online Marketplace owned and operated by Mobility General Trading Co. within 14 calendar days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging with all its original content, including, but not limited to, accessories and manuals.
  • Original invoice from the seller must be shown for refund or exchange.
  • Returned items (unless defective) must be in resellable condition.
  • Returned items must not be used.
  • You will receive your refund against returned items in the same form of payment made at the time of original purchase. For example, if you bought items in cash you will receive your refund in cash.
  • You will receive your refund in full. We will not deduct any kind of transaction fees, such as visa/mastercard/knet fees or processing fees, from your refund amount.
  • You will receive your refund within 2 to 10 calendar days of your original request. The time of refund depends on the type of payment method selected at the time of purchase.
  • Youhave the right to exchange items purchased if the replacement item is available on tamakan.com and from the same seller which the original purchase was made from. Same terms mentioned above apply for Exchange items.
  • For Hygiene and sanitary reasons, Bathroom Aid products and/or consumables like diapers are not eligible for return or exchange. Please make sure you are happy with the product before receiving.

HOW TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

If you would like to return or exchange an eligible item, you can contact our customer care center via email at customercare@tamakan.com or via Whatsapp or call at +965 98581410 and we will arrange for pickup from your address stated in your invoice. When we collect your item, please provide us with the original invoice at time of purchase.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Should you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order, and that is to avoid paying any delivery fee (if applicable).
  • Should you wish to cancel your order after 24 hrs of making the order or after receiving your order, please review our Return and Exchange policy above.

Delivery Policy

Your items will be delivered within 24 or 48hrs. Items that require installation or assembly service will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days. *No Delivery on Fridays*.
